1. Who we are

MANILAI is a trade name of LED-visuals B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 68026331. Our address and registered office is Spadesteek 12, 4131 MB Vianen, the Netherlands. VAT identification number: NL857271040B01. You can reach us at info@manilai.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website, to joining our early-access waitlist, and to any purchase you make through this website. Where a purchase is concerned, our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

MANILAI is in development. Descriptions of planned features, design, pricing and timing may change. Information on this website is an invitation to consider our products, not a binding offer; a contract is formed only when we confirm your order.

Our application, the Smart Pen in use and the membership have their own terms and their own privacy policy, which apply in addition to these.

3. The waitlist

Joining is free. It is not a purchase or a reservation and it does not guarantee access, availability or a particular price.

You choose what we may send you. The early-access notification and our product updates and offers are two separate consents. You can give or withdraw either independently at any time, through the preference link in our emails or by contacting us.

4. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or to place an order. If we learn that someone younger has signed up, we will delete their data.

5. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown separately before you confirm your order.

Before you place a binding order we show you what you are buying, the total price, the delivery arrangements, the duration and renewal of any subscription, and how to end it. You confirm your order by completing the checkout, and we confirm it to you by email on a durable medium.

If we have made an obvious pricing or description error, we may decline the order and we will tell you why. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

6. Right of withdrawal and conformity

As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. How that works, which exceptions apply and how to use our online withdrawal function is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Separately from that right, what you receive must be what you were promised. If it is not, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the law. Our policy does not limit that.

7. Subscriptions

Where we offer a subscription, we state the initial term, what it costs, when and how it renews, and the notice period, before you commit. You can cancel in the same way you signed up, through your account and without having to contact us first.

8. MANILAI is not a health service

The information on this website and the MANILAI products are for personal reflection and performance. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have concerns about your mental health, contact your doctor.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In every EU member state you can call 112. Elsewhere in the EU, your national health service can point you to the equivalent service.

9. Using the website

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, collect its content automatically at scale, or sign up or order using someone else’s details.

10. Website content

Our website content, including our name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may share links to the website. Commercial copying, reuse or adaptation requires our written permission, except where the law allows it. Statutory rights to use content are unaffected.

11. Accuracy and availability

We take care over the accuracy of what we publish. The website may occasionally be unavailable and information may need correcting or updating. Please report an error to info@manilai.com.

12. Liability and your rights

Our liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit any statutory right or remedy you have.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above identifies the current version, and the version in force when you place an order governs that order. An update does not change existing rights retrospectively and does not widen any email consent you have already given.

14. Law and complaints

Dutch law applies. Where mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence would otherwise apply, this choice does not deprive you of them. Send complaints to info@manilai.com and we will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can bring the matter before the competent court. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you with a cross-border complaint free of charge.
